Dr Allister Gall explores works across a range of media to explore DIY cinema and the creation of participatory practices and environments. He is a principal investigator of Imperfect Cinema. The project interrogates the emancipatory potential of the idea of imperfection through process and shared experiences. He teaches at Plymouth University.
